January executive committee meeting notes and highlights.

Potential date change for the ON Road Paved Nationals to September due to schedule conflicts with track. Announcement to follow after confrontation with related parties.

Negotiations with hotels for roar member discounted rate on stays as well as rental car corporate programs to benefit members.

Rules update related to use of buggy designed bodies on Nitro and Electric 8th scale trucks. Beginning in 2025 bodies will revert back to previous designs that encompassed a full hood with covered front shocks and with full truck bed. Specific measurements to be announced publicly within the next couple months.

Regional directors meeting schedule for Wednesday January 24th at 9pm. Discussion of 2024 events, use of region events as a qualifier in 2025 or 2026 national events. There is a great deal to put into place and a system of qualifying without excluding members unable to attend a regional or a region without a corresponding championship.

Large distance/ spanning region needing an East / West or North/ South championships to help lessen the distance for travel.

Discussion on nationals entry fee, more to be discussed at next meeting.

Ifmar worlds, including drivers invite lists, motor and batter approval, registrations and rules related to uniformity with in all blocks.

Discussion on RMT as related to staffing, announcers and tech officials.
