I will be the first to admit that I am not a setup guy. I understand the basics of car setup for off-road R/C racing, but when it gets down to how it all works, why it works, and when/where it works best - I often rely on a text or phone call to someone much smarter than me to get the car working the way I want.

Kurt Wenger, of Schelle Racing, recently shared a very interesting video via social media which explains the inner workings of a universal joint. This sparked my interest and I began to question the major differences between using a CVA, CVD, and universal joints. As luck would have it, I found my answers with the help of TLR's Kevin Gahan in episode #4 of "In Touch with TLR"!

Interested to know how it works, the differences, which form of driveshafts you should be running, and tips on how to build and maintain each? Watch and learn from the videos below!
