Speed RC track and store launched in Mooresville, NC

Professional 1:1 race car drivers TJ Bell and Scott Speed have raced RC Cars for years as a hobby -- but they recently decided to take their love for the sport to the next level. TJ and Scott have partnered with industry veteran Jon Martin (previous owner of Carolinas RC and Advantage Racing Products) to open Speed RC.

Located among race shops in the heart of NASCAR country (Mooresville, NC), Speed RC is both a new online superstore as well as a race facility with premier tracks supported by a brick and mortar hobby shop. Scott and TJ are focused on the tracks and racing program, while Jon focuses his attention on the online store and shop. The indoor offroad track has already attracted a large regional following, with Jared Tebo coming out in December to race on 12/12 and host a JTU Driving School on 12/13. The group plans to build an outdoor offroad track in the spring to allow for a larger layout and nitro vehicles.
