Alpha Plus made a very brief statement on their website about top Australian off-road racer Ben Sterling rejoining the team.

The website post simply said, "Welcome Ben Sterling (Australia) back to Alpha family. It's great!"

Sterling was a bit more descriptive in his first Facebook post after testing his new engines, saying, "Had a ball down at EMCC today. Did bulk laps with my Tekno NB48.3 and new Alpha Dragon 3 engines. These new engines are powerhouses!! Awesome run time too and it's great to be back on board for the Pre Worlds and Worlds."
