Baker and Smith won tenth annual Big Fat Turkey Race

Last weekend, the Ventura R/C Roadrunners hosted the tenth annual Big Fat Turkey Race. Here’s Barry Baker’s race report, via Facebook:

After some ups and downs at the 10th annual BFTR I was fortunate to win the 3 way tie breaker and take the victory in Open TC! My Reedy powered Yokomo BD7 2016 was very fast today, Starting from P5 due to some issues yesterday not only did I post the fastest main time in A2 but I also recorded the fastest lap of the entire weekend in A3. Of course my Protoform LTC-R painted by MAX FX with Upgrade decals was looking great. I want to thank all my sponsors who have stuck behind me and give me the support to race. Also thanks to Mike Gonzales for the shade and laughter.
