On Sunday afternoon, Hunter Cupp sent a message to our Facebook inbox asking for a note to be posted about his stolen nitro buggy in hopes that he may be able to get it back.
Cupp, from Cullman, AL where the race was held, said he returned to his pit trailer following the Pro Nitro Buggy A-Main at the Alabama Manufacturer Shootout to find his HB D815 was missing. The buggy was fitted with an all-white Pro-Line Type R body, Novarossi 4BTT engine with 9901 pipe, Savöx servos, a Team Orion receiver pack, and an Airtronics receiver. Cupp had also installed Mugen Seiki universals in the buggy. A MyLaps personal transponder was installed with the number 6839386.
Anyone with information about the missing buggy is encouraged to contact LiveRC (email: support@liverc.com) or message Hunter directly via Facebook.
