RCAuto Team's notNEO Odessa 2017 event in Ukraine set for end of April

My name is Andrey and I am an RC racer and a member of team that hosts exciting national RC events (offroad, mostly). We have a lot of racing going on down here recently with our brand new indoor clay track which is unique in our country and not many European countries have one like it. We are going to host an event in the end of April this year which we would like to share a word of in the RC community outside our country.

We have similar to NEO race track conditions so we decided to name our event with fun word "notNEO" :-)
