Entries now open for ROAR 1/10-scale Electric Off-Road Nationals at The Track

Registration for the 2017 ROAR 1/10 Electric Offroad Nationals at "The Track" in Gaithersburg, Maryland is now open. The Track, which sits just north of our nation's capitol, is one of the east coast's oldest indoor R/C racing facilities and hobby shops. It features a 100 x 50 foot clay track. This will be the first time since 2005 the 1/10 offroad nationals have been held on the east coast.

This year's event will include the widely popular and growing 13.5 4wd buggy class, offering a spec and modified option for each vehicle type. ROAR will also organize a special main event for the top ten qualified 15 and under drivers entered into 17.5 Buggy.

Also new for this year going forward, bump ups have been added to the racing program for both the 1/10 and 1/8 electric offroad nationals. Adding bump ups turns each lower main into a last chance qualifier and will give each participant added value and excitement to their nationals experience.
