Scotty Ernst is making his way around the country for the 2011 Shortcourse Showdown Nationwide Tour. Round 1 kicks off the 4 round tour at RC Excitement in Fitchburg, Massachusetts this coming weekend. Some of the manufacturer’s heavy hitters including TLR’s Mike Truhe and Team Associated’s Brian Kinwald are anticipated to be in attendance for Round 1. Ernst is the head promoter and organizer behind the series, and has put together a unique atmosphere at each event involving the sponsors and displays for the drivers and spectators to interact and be involved with. As you can see here, a very well designed track combined with the competition brought in by the series should make for wheel-to-wheel racing at Round 1!
