Social media gossip has been confirmed as Masayuki Miura, HPI/HB team manager, has resigned from his position after 11 years with the company.

Masayuki broke the news via his personal Facebook page by saying, "I have decided to resign from HPI JAPAN on 10th March, 2014. I spent wonderful 11 years at HPI/HB since January 2003 and it was so fast !

I have joined HPI/HB in 2003 just after the winning of ISTC World Championship Race at South Africa with TRF, because I just wanted to win the Worlds again and I see the chance with this new team. It was great that I could go so many races all over the world with the team and met so many friends and especially it was great moment to won the IFMAR Worlds such as ISTC 2006 in Italy with Andy Moore and 1/8 Buggy 2008 in USA with Atsushi Hara. I would like to thank to Watanabe-san the chairman of HPI, staff at HPI/HB , team drivers and all the fans of HPI/HB for all of your support in past days.

I have not decided my way for the future yet and I am considering it now slowly but thank you for your warm and continuous support!"

Stay tuned as we anxiously await to find out where Masayuki is headed!
