THE VULCAN ADVANTAGE
Proven Motor Processes- Starting with raw stators made from the highest grade steel, Vulcan stators are hand-wound by Novak technicians, and tested to ensure that each coil falls within tight manufacturing tolerances. High-quality, hand-wound, high-grade steel stators maximize the amount of wire in each coil while balancing the efficiency under higher loads.
Rotor Consistency- Each rotor is magnetically charged in-house on our own massive rotor "zapper", and tested for consistency and overall pole charge coverage strength using lab-quality magnet meters and processes. Efficiency increases when rotors are charged fully, equally, and tested to confirm. Rotor consistency has proven to be a strong feature of the Vulcan lineup.
Assembled to Strict Standards of Quality and Tolerance- High-quality, copper wire, Novak Speed-Lube treated ball bearings, stator steel, magnetic materials, and Novak developed timing and testing equipment means each Vulcan motor meets Novak's strict quality standards. No need for grading or certifying, all Vulcan motors are race-ready out of the package.
Race Proven Design- Novak brushless motors have been used by National Champions and World Finalists, and are ready to power your next vehicle to the podium. ROAR approved.
Completely Rebuildable- A full line of replacement parts is readily available, including several rotor options as well as an exchangeable stator design.
