From Muchmore Racing:
Runner-up at the 2013 IFMAR Worlds in 2WD and four-time European Champion Lee Martin was announced today as the latest top-caliber driver to sign with Muchmore Racing for this season. The report confirmed a switch to Fleta speed controls and Fleta ZX motors but does not include the Muchmore Racing batteries that both Marc Rheinard and Naoto Matsukura will use next year, leaving room for Martin's existing battery sponsorship with AMain's ProTek RC brand.
The Muchmore announcement also means the end of Martin's two-year run with Viper R/C Solutions, a U.S. manufacturer with a much smaller racing team. The move mimics Martin's similar switch heading into the 2014 season, in which he moved from the position as Tamiya's top off-road racer to Yokomo, which has a stronger driver lineup in the dirt (and on turf). Martin said this about the new deal:
"It’s with great pleasure to be joining Muchmore racing for 2015. Muchmore have always had industry leading products with the highest quality, and with my initial tests this has been passed onto their range of ESC and motors. I would like to thank Mr. Jang and Kobayashi for this opportunity and hopefully many successful years together."
