Eric Anderson, the founder of motor tuning company EA Motorsports and avid on-road racer, has been appointed to the position of Electric Chairman by newly re-elected ROAR President Steve Mruk.
In November 2014, Anderson's bid for the ROAR presidency via write-in votes was disallowed by the Executive Committee when it was found that his membership had lapsed in the year prior to the vote. Two weeks later, the election for ROAR president was found heavily in favor of incumbent Steve Mruk. Mruk appointed Anderson to the non-voting section chairmanship previously held by Rob King. Anderson served was appointed to the position of Electric On-Road chairman in 2010.
