2015 SilverState Schedule & Information
Dates:
March 26th-29th


Classes:

Buggy – sportsman, intermediate, expert
Truggy – sportsman, open
eBuggy – sportsman, open
Buggy - +40
 
Experience/Skill level:
You must choose what skill level to enter and stick with that skill level only. We will not accept a racer to race sportsman, intermediate and expert. Also, if you race intermediate or expert buggy, you must race the Open class in your other classes. Any skill allowed in 40+.
If you finished top 5 in Nitro Truggy and/or Nitro Buggy in the sportsman class at the 2014 Silverstate and/or the 2015 DNC you are not eligible for the sportsman class at the 2015 Silverstate. Also we will have a break out rule. We will base this off of lap times, qualifying results, and/or previous race results to make a collaborative ruling to bump you into the next class level.

Schedule:
Wednesday March 25th

We will allow Team EZups, racers’ EZups to begin setting up. Also trailers that have reserved their spots to set up starting at 11:00am. Please have all Trailers and Team EZups set up by 8:00pm.
 
Thursday March 26th
7:00am gates open
8:00am -TBA Open controlled practice. 12 racers 7min rounds. You MUST turn marshal after your run. 
TBA - 9:00pm One round of 7 min seeding practice. (Fastest 3 consecutive laps) Once you have been seeded into your qualifying group this will be the group you run with in all 3 rounds of qualifying. 
(We will determine what time we will start seeding practice once we have an idea of how many entries we have.)
 
Friday March 27th
6:30am – Gates open
7:00am – One hour of practice on the morning of qualifying.
8:15am – Mandatory drivers meeting
8:30am – Round one of qualifying.
Qualifiers will be 7 minutes long. 
Water schedule for qualifying:
We will water before each qualifier. This is the best way to ensure that track conditions are fair and equal for each qualifying run.
Qualifying order:
We will group all skill classes in order. Example: Round 1 of qualifying
All 40+ Nitro Buggy 
All Sportsman E Buggy
All Sportsman Nitro Truggy
All Sportsman Nitro Buggy
All Open E Buggy
All Open Nitro Truggy
All Intermediate Nitro Buggy
All Expert Nitro Buggy
Doing this will allow racers to run all their classes with in a couple hours of each other. Track conditions will be similar each run plus this eliminates the sitting around all day waiting for each run. We're in Las Vegas and 1 mile from the strip. You can go back to your hotel or go to lunch etc. 
 
Saturday March 28th
6:30am – Gates open
8:00am – Round three of qualifying.
After the conclusion of the third round of qualifying we will set up the mains. Top 12 advance direct to the A Main and three will bump up from lower mains. Main event order will be determined using the fastest 2 out of three qual points with tie breaker being laps/times added together from the two runs that got you into the tie. Once mains have been set we will run the lower mains on Saturday afternoon/evening until approximately 9pm.
 
Sunday March 29th
6:30am – Gates open
8:00am - Main events will start
A Main Warm-up:
All A Main warm ups will run after all C mains have been completed.
 

Nitro Buggy Main Lengths:
Sportsman:
A Main 30 mins, B Main 20 mins, C Main 15 mins, D Main and below 10 mins
Intermediate:
A Main 30 mins, B Main 20 mins, C Main 15 mins, D Main and below 10 mins
Expert:
A Main 45 mins , B Main 30 mins, C Main 20 mins, D Main and below 15 mins
+40:
A Main 30 mins, B Main 20 mins, C Main 15 mins, D Main and below 10 mins
Nitro Truggy Main Lengths:
Sportsman:
A Main 30 mins, B Main 20 mins, C Main 15 mins, D Main and below 10 mins
Open:
 A Main 45 mins , B Main 30 mins, C Main 20 mins, D Main and below 15 mins
 

Electric Buggy Main Lengths:
All Electric Buggy Mains will be 10 mins (Single A Mains)
 

Trophy Presentation:
We will start the trophy presentation 30 mins after the final A Main has concluded.
 
NOTE - Trailer Parking: 
ALL TRAILER PARKING AROUND THE TRACK IS FULL. You can still pit a trailer/motorhome in the parking lot located 500ft from the track. We will have fm radio broadcasting the PA system to your stereo and LiveRc.com covering the race online. This will make sure you know what race is on the track if you are pitted in the parking lot.
 
Pre-Signups:
Call the hobby shop during normal operating hours to prepay your entry fee. See flyer for entry fees. We will ONLY accept PAID pre-signups.
 
In order to process you entry fee you MUST have all the following ready:
Name, Phone number, Debit/Credit card, Email address, Classes, and Transponder numbers for each car. All other info can be found on www.RCTracksOfLasVegas.com or call the hobby shop (702) 475-9415
