Broc Champlin announced on New Years Day that he will not be racing for MKS or LRP in 2024.

"As we count down to the new year and 2023 is shortly in wraps, my time with LRP and MKS comes to a close. Together we worked to achieve goals we had and many of which were rightfully achieved.

We competed, we fought, we put it all on the line and I can’t thank the individuals that backed me from each company enough. We always left 100% out on the table.

To Jurgen and Moritz Lautenbach from LRP, thank you for your hard work and dedication over the past 2 and a half years. Your commitment to becoming the best is admirable and I wish you all of the best in strides forward.

To Thomas Cooke and Kenny Johnson at MKS, I came to you 3 years ago wanting your support and I thank you for allowing me to represent your brand, and your hard work over the years we were together.

These were hard decisions to make but I feel many can understand why. These two companies helped capture my first of what I hope to be many national titles. We rose at the worlds this year and walked away 3rd in 2wd and 4th in 4wd. We had many national level race wins and an international race win at the EOS in Daun early this year.

I’m excited for the new year and the new opportunities that are present. Everything else beyond electronics will remain the same. Cheers to another year representing Schumacher, Whitz Racing Products, JConcepts, EZ Customs Paintings, SD Designz, Trish bits, CoreRC, and Eatons Intermountain Raceway.

2024 is going to be quite the year. See everyone at the Clash of Champions in just a few days time." -Broc Champlin
