Yesterday, TLR released the setups its drivers used to win Modified 2WD, 4WD, short course, Stock 2WD, and 1/8-scale at the Surf City Classic.  Now they've got a setup sheet that Frank Root used to win the Pro 4 class with the TEN-SCTE 2.0.
