Last weekend the 5th round of the Chilean On-Road Nationals was held in Santiago de Chile. In Qualifying Shepherd racer Alvaro Jara had some engine trouble, but he was able to bump up from the semi-final. In the main he had a good run and was able to take over the lead after 15 minutes. Nevertheless it was an exciting race to the end as Alvaro crossed the finishing line just 1,4sec in front of Matias Otaegui. Fellow Shepherd racer Gaston Zegard completed the podium in third position.”
