JConcepts West Coast Carpet Championships Announcement

PDX RC Underground is set to host the 1st Annual JConcepts West Coast Carpet Championship in October 2021.

Joe Pillars presents the JConcepts West Coast Carpet Championship hosted at PDX RC Underground in Portland, Oregon Oct 1-3rd

The 3 day event will feature top drivers from the world of RC. PDX RC Underground owner Kevin Focht, has always wanted to host a large event. “Now that we have our new 10,000 square foot track, we have the space to do it! I’m honored to host a JConcepts race and having Jason Ruona and Joe Pillars involved, will make this event epic.” Focht says.

The format for the weekend will be 4 rounds of IFMAR qualifiers (3 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday), followed by Triple A-Main Events with bumps from the lower mains.

17.5 2wd Stock Buggy
21.5 2wd Stock Buggy
2wd Modified Buggy
40+ 2wd Modified Buggy
13.5 4wd Buggy
4wd Modified Buggy
13.5 Stadium Truck
13.5 Short Course Truck

Entries will be limited to 200 and will open for sign ups Tuesday July 6th. Entry fee will be $40 for first class and $20 for each additional class.
