The Halloween Classic 2020, hosted by NORCAR at the Gate in Brunswick, Ohio, was our kickoff event to the 2020 carpet season. Limited to a total of 40 drivers due to local state guidelines, the race was SOLD OUT.

RC racers are eager to get out and start racing after many months of quarantine.

The track is a permeant CRC Black Carpet track with a subfloor underneath it for a super smooth racing surface. The layout was technical and had high traction.

The new production version of the X12'21 car was ran in Super Stock 1/12 class, where Factory RC America/XRAY team driver Max Kuenning was able to reset TQ in every qualifier. With very little tuning and track time he was able to get the car handling very well with almost a box stock kit setup. He was able to lead from tone to tone in the final bringing home XRAY's first win with the newly redesigned X12 2021 car
