New JConcepts Aluminum/Carbon Setup Board

Of the most popular duos in history, Aluminum and Carbon Fiber have to be 2 of the most famous of all time in racing circles. JConcepts introduces the Peanut Butter and Jelly of RC accessories with the release of the Aluminum and Carbon Fiber setting board. First, a flat panel of woven 2.5mm Carbon Fiber has been machined to size with corner radius and countersunk. Four separate Aluminum trim pieces are custom machined, anodized in either black or copper and etched with JConcepts.net logo for authenticity.

Four trim pieces are attached together using heavy-duty 3mm hardware from the top and corners forming the frame for the setting board. The flat panel Carbon material is dropped in to place and secured with hefty flat head fasteners. The final product shows like an exotic race car while providing that all important flat surface for final setting and ride-height adjustments. The unit is light-weight for travel and can be disassembled for even more convenient packing procedures.

Used by Ryan Maifield, Spencer Rivkin, Dakotah Phend, and Adam Drake, the JConcepts setting board is large enough for all 1/10th scale vehicles and also used for 1/8th applications. Please note, Aluminum and Carbon Fiber can be prone to scratches, nicks, cuts and mistreatment.
