AKA spills the beans on 1/10-Scale Buggy Slicks

AKA first showed off their upcoming Slicks for 1/10-scale 2WD buggies and trucks back in March at the Cactus Classic, and I stumbled upon the information that AKA is preparing to them soon.

At Cactus, AKA's Brent Fiege explained that the tires would likely only be offered in Clay compound and that stadium and short course truck tires weren't happening.

It's a lot easier to snap a photo and whip up a quick graphic, so the fact that this image precedes a run of production tires hitting hobby shop shelves isn't a shock - but I can't imagine the wait will be very long - likely as soon as they can produce the quantity they expect will be in demand for any upcoming races - like the ROAR Nationals coming up in a few weeks, for instance.
