I started making these power supplies a few years ago when how batteries were charged in the Arizona stock racing scene started pushing the envelope. At first it was thought that you had to have an iCharger to be fast and then slowly the amount of amps you had to charge at creped up as the batteries got better. Once racers pasted the 20-30 amp charge rate and approached the 40 amp mark racers were stacking 2 large, lower powered power supplies to achieve the needed wattage the iChargers were pulling to pump 40 amps into a 2s lipo. Like a few others, I came across a few small server power supplies with ample power output that could be converted ( with a little work ) to provide more than the needed power we required without the expense and hassle of having to purchase 2 larger power supplies and lug them around just to try to be a fast guy racing a stock class. Once others saw what I was doing I had quite a few requests to make one for them. As word spread about these I found that I could purchase them in bulk to get the cost down quite a bit which I then pass on to my fellow racers.

I have 3 different units available for sale that very in power output and options slightly. First up I have a 12 volt, 75 amp unit that puts out 900 watts of power. Second is the big brother that puts out 12 volts, 85 amps at 1025 watts of power. Third is my flagship model which is a 12 volt, 85 amp at 1025 of power output with an added 5 volt, 3 amp usb port added. These specs are with 110 AC input. Each of these can be used with 220AC and will yield a slightly higher output at 220 AC.

Each unit comes with 3 pairs of 4 mm bullets to be able to offer power to 3 devices at once. They are small measuring 1.5 x 3.5 x 7.75 inches in size and weigh around 2-3 lbs. Once they are converted and tested each unit is wrapped in black carbon fiber vinyl for a classy, cool look. One cool feature is the fan is automatically regulated and ramps up and down based on heat which means they run quiet unless under a heavy load.
