KO Propo published a teaser image of the upcoming EX-RR 2.4GHz radio system, the long-awaited successor to the EX-1 KIY introduced back in 2012. The replacement of KO Propo’s top-of-the-line transmitter is no surprise given that some of the company’s Japanese team drivers have recently begun using the intermediate-level EX-2, which looks to be the basis for the EX-RR’s case given the few details shown off in the photo; however, it appears the EX-RR will include a drop-down mount for the aluminum steering wheel - two features typically reserved for upper-end models.
