New Imbue center spine brace, front arm stiffener bushings and brass C-block for MBX7R

To say we're kind of excited, yet anxious, to officially release our first upgrades for the Mugen MBX7R Buggies, is a bit of an understatement. It's a step into the unknown for us. Our focus here at Imbue has always been on shock pistons, having spent much of our time developing and refining our new versions. We have had a few kit-specific upgrades in the past, some of which were hits, some of which were flops, but this is the beginning of a new chapter for us here at Imbue. We will still be bringing you our world famous brass shock pistons, but starting now, we are also going to be focusing on bringing you world class upgrades tailored for your specific vehicle. While we are starting small, expect a number of upgrades to hit our site in the coming weeks and months.

After a much anticipated wait, riddled with setbacks, our first products of 2017 are beginning to roll. A few simple upgrades for the Mugen MBX7R, these are the first of many to come. Requested by our Mugen Pro-Drivers, we’re excited to release our Brass C-Block and Front Arm Stiffeners. We’re also excited to release our innovative Center Spine Brace aimed at changing how the chassis flexes, and behaves.

MBX7R +20g Brass C-Block. This is an option part aimed at making a driver’s race day much simpler. Instead of fiddling with weights, the weighted C-Block makes it more of a “Set It and Forget It” upgrade. With +20g of weight being the choice for top Mugen racers, we wanted to make an upgraded part that would allow a racer to bolt it on, and never think about weights again, rather redirecting focus on more important adjustments.

MBX7R Front Arm Stiffener Bushings. A great upgrade for a racers looking for a more precise feeling front end, with an increase in durability. Different to industry standards, Imbue’s arm stiffeners are designed to preload the legs of the arms, increasing durability and stiffness even further.

MBX7R Center Spine Brace. Designed to add a controlled amount of stiffness to the center area of the chassis, the Imbue Center Spine Brace is installed under the center differential mounts and chassis braces. The brace is made from 3mm 7075 Aluminum and is designed to offer a subtle, yet noticeable effect on chassis flex.
