SOR Graphics shared with us their new SB6 Mid-Motor Conversion for the Kyosho RB5 buggy last month, and today they have shared a sneak peek at the new SOR ST6 Mid-Motor Conversion for the Kyosho RT5 stadium truck. The idea behind these conversion kits is to give existing Kyosho RB5 and RT5 owners a more economical way to convert their vehicles to mid-motor setups, as opposed to purchasing an all-new mid-motor RB6 or RT6 kit.
First impressions of the SOR ST6 prototype on the track were said to be quite impressive as SOR says, "It proved to be a killer in it's debut this weekend. The car was finished late Friday night. Only had a chance to run 1 pack through it for practice. In mod truck I am normally mid to front of the pack in the B main. This truck was so amazing and you can push it so hard! I qualified 5th straight into the A main! I was impressed especially with zero time spent getting it dialed in. Just followed the same formula that made our SOR SB6 so great, and wound up with another awesome car!"
