The internet has been swarming with news of a new 1/8 buggy getting set to hit the market. The new buggy is known as the Prospeed Optima K1. While little detail is known at this time about the buggy, it is said to be a fully new designed buggy from the ground up. No "copycat features". A major rumor which has been circling the community is that this buggy will be manufactured in Taiwan at the same factory as the Losi cars. Supposedly designed by the owners of JS Racing engines, Jim Yeh and Simon Yii. Whether the rumors are true, no one knows, but it makes us wonder. The Optima K1 might just have the true potential to join the worlds best buggies out front on the track. Stay tuned for more details....
