A 3D drawing of Tamiya’s next front-wheel-drive touring car, the limited edition FF-04 Evo, was posted to TamiyaBlog. The car will have a 2.5mm carbon fiber chassis with 2mm upper deck, similar to the platform used on the FF-03 Evo, with suspension arms borrowed from the TRF418 and a front gearbox derived from the XV-01. Assorted hop-ups will included dual-joint driveshafts, a 3mm aluminum motor plate, aluminum front brace, servo mount, turnbuckles, and rear bulkhead, and TRF shock absorbers. No release date is available just yet.
