A new servo with detachable lead born of hobbyist's necessity - Bravo!

A new Taiwanese servo manufacturer named "Bravo" reached out with information regarding its first product, a coreless standard-sized servo with impressive LiPo-powered specs and removable wire harness. The brand's website is still under construction and will be prepared in time for a full-fledged launch later this year, but interested consumers and potential OEM candidates may contact Bravo's Fazira Mojo at fazira@atom-rc.com.

Bravo shared the following story of the servo's development, as well as its specs:

The creation of "Detachable Cable" is an idea that came up in 2008 when we were spending USD $125 for a very nice KO Propo / Sanwa / Futaba servo but the cable got damaged accidentally by rubbing against the central spur gear.

We ended up with a servo with a badly damaged cable that has only been used a week and soldering a new cable onto that difficult to pull-apart PCB presented a very challenging job task even for an experienced eletrical technician.

So, we had invested in the creation of a new servo that is equipped with Dust & Water Resistant Plug & Receptacle (Triangular). The product had gone thru at least 2 years of testing and we are confident that you will find the servo and its plug last even longer than most high-performance servo in the market. The current servo's performance is par with the top-of-the-range FUTABA.
