Back at the Dirt Nitro Challenge, Alex Pilson showed us a prototype of the Leadfinger Racing Assassin for the HB D815 buggy that was based on the company’s shell for the Mugen MBX7 platform. He showed up to this week’s ROAR Fuel Off-Road Nationals with a new, spectacularly painted shell that more accurately represents the body that will be available for sale.
According to Alex, the final mold for the new lid will be finalized this week so that production can begin. The nose cone has been changed from the body we saw back in February, and the side pods have been reshaped to fit the chassis more closely with an angled shoulder.
