Weatherholt won third round of Monsters of the Midwest series

Had a blast this past weekend at the Monsters of The Midwest race! Great job and thanks to the JCP crew getting the tracks ready with all the rain we've had! Qualifying wasn't the greatest for me and I ended up starting 6th on the grid. The main didn't start to good either my plan was to run SS catapults for the main but forgot to glue the inside of one, the first thing dad grabbed were original grid irons, which weren't bad but could have been better with the catapults. Jp Richards and I had a great battle most the race but two extra stops and a flame out consistently kept me about 8 seconds back in 2nd the hole race, while only one wreck the hole main would allow me to push hard the last few minutes and get the lead with a lap and a half left! One of the best races I've had in a while!
