WORLDS: Sugiura fastest again in final timed 4WD practice

A final shakedown practice run on Friday morning not only gave drivers a chance to get into the habit of running a typical qualifying round, and was used to determine the starting order of Q1, but showed that last night's top seed was no fluke. Japanese Kyosho driver Yusuke Sugiura was not only the fastest driver for three consecutive laps on Thursday evening, but he recorded the best full five-minute session on Friday morning as well. Team Losi Racing driver Ryan Maifield was the second best, scoring the team's best run of any kind here this week, with reigning European champion Michal Orlowski third. Yokomo teammates Hayato Matsuzaki (4th) and Carson Wernimont (7th) were the biggest surprises in the top ten.
