Chub, Melnyk and Lytvynenko won Ukrainian Christmas Cup

Christmas Cup 2016 – All-Ukrainian indoor offroad race

Last weekend the 4th Christmas Cup have held in Kiyv, Ukraine. It was the first time over 25 year of Ukrainian history the RC event was organized at the one of the largest shopping mall in Kyiv – Karavan Megastore. That is why it made possible to obtain about 9500 viewers among the shopping mall visitors.

The two day event with 88 entries, 4 classes and 8 groups allowed to have 2 practice, 5 qualifying rounds and 3 finals for each group.

At Sunday the huge battle was in Buggy 2WD in the first A-main between Dmytro Chub on TLR and Viktor Lytvynenko on Yokomo (TQ) resulted the win of Dmytro. The last exciting race was the final race of the event – 3rd A-Main of Buggy 4WD with the continuous battle between 5 pilots (potential winners). Even the last race was won by Dmytro Chub (TQ), the overall win just due to first race win and 1 extra lap was for Viktor Lytvynenko on Caster Racing.

For the Short Course and Buggy Stock the winners was easily predicted – Dmytro Chub in SC (TQ&Win) and Perto Melnyk in Buggy Stock (TQ&Win).
