So this weekend gone I attended the PGracing event in Tuscany and what a fun race it was. The track was fantastic with lots of challenging jumps and turns.

Practice day started well, I managed to get on pace with a few of the local guys who had practiced on the track a lot. I made a few changes to my car over the 4 free practices we had on Saturday making the car better and better. I used M4 holeshots for the whole event as the track was damp to begin with and didn't dry completely the whole event, M4 holeshots gave the amazing forward traction as well as the steering I needed.

I went into qualifying feeling confident, I started of setting an early pace in the first round but unfortunately a confusion with the warm up time meant I missed to come in for fuel before the start and ran out of fuel 3 laps at the end.

Round 2 was a different story as I made a small change to my ride height, I managed to TQ the round by 6 seconds and take the fastest time.

Round 3 got off to the same start with setting a fast pace but unfortunately I made a few mistakes at the end of the run which cost me overall TQ and I ended up 3rd overall. I was disappointed with myself because I had the pace but made too many mistakes. The pace was good going into the final and starting 3rd on the grid I knew I could do something from there.

So the main final would be 45mins on a technical track would be intense. At the start of the race , Tortorici, Zanchettin and I would break away from the rest of the field and began to battle. I was trying to find a way passed Alex for a few laps which allowed Tortorici to gap us a little. Once I managed to passed Alex I had to get my head down and begin hunting down Tortorici. After around the 10mins mark I was able to take the lead and not look back.

I managed to get myself in a comfortable rhythm and not make any mistakes for the rest of the race. During the race there was some unexpected things that happend including the spot lights which light the track for us to race went out for 5mins but the track guys managed to get them up and running again.

During the race a few of the drivers experience problems which fortunately I didn't. After the 45mins was up I was able to take the win from Frabrizio and Alex. A great event all in all and can't wait for the next one, I want to thank all my sponsors that make it happen for me and to Jonatan Marchetti and my girlfriend for doing an amazing job in the pits. Special thanks to the guys at PGracing for inviting me and be so hospitable, see you all at the next race. #‎kyosho #‎reds #‎proline
