On a prolonged trip to North America to race on U.S. tracks, study the market, and attend some of the biggest nitro off-road races in the world, JQ Racing founder Joseph Quagraine competed in last weekend's season opener for national championship series in Mexico, held in Monterrey. The event drew 115 entries of 1/8-scale buggy, 1/8-scale truck and 4x4 short course

Quagraine praised the track design in his blog and on social media:

JQ earned TQ after three 7-minute heat races, then advanced through the semi and won the 45-minute final.
