Practice day at this year's Silver State varied slightly from what is typically seen at large nitro off-road racing events. All drivers were given three tickets per class entered, and seven-minute sessions of open practice ran all day long - the racers were simply left to choose when to run, with the understanding that tickets could not be used across different classes (e.g., can't use your E-Buggy tickets for more practice with your nitro buggy) and racers could not share tickets.
The drivers entered in Pro Truck and Pro Buggy were given the option to participate in a single round of seeding practice, which will be used to arrange the heats for tomorrow morning. All classes, Pro and otherwise, will be re-seeded after the first qualifying run.
Here are the top twelve drivers in Pro Truck and Pro Buggy.
