The first two rounds of qualifying for the Pro Truck and Buggy classes at the 19th annual Silver State were accented by a 40-degree swing in track temperature, making the already-difficult RC Tracks of Las Vegas surface even less predictable. The big change compelled racers to consider making adjustments to suit the track, while developing ruts and bumps forced them to completely change their approach to many of the obstacles. Some drivers, of course, were able to adapt better than others.
