Olson won 1/5-Scale 4WD Truck at Ashley Cup 4

This past weekend Irvine Lake RC Park hosted the 4th annual Ashley Cup 1/5th scale event. The race is held each year to benefit the St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. With such a worthy cause this event has grown into a can’t miss event for many racers. One such racer was JConcepts team driver Matt Olson. Matt Competed in the very competitive 4wd Expert Truck and 4wd Expert Buggy classes. Matt would qualify both cars into the A-Mains running JConcepts Reflex tires. The first of the mains would not go well for Matt with car trouble ending his day in 4wd Buggy. 4wd Truck would go a different way for Matt, He was able to grab the lead and take the win in the long main event.
