Field clinched BRCA southwest regional 2WD title with round three win

Round 3 of the UK's BRCA Southwest regionals took place last weekend at a very sunny Mendip Raceway. The track was very fast and flowing making for some great racing! Well done to Mendip on a great run meeting. Paul Field with his Cougar KF2 took the TQ and the win and also confirmed himself as the 2016 2wd regional champion with a round to go so a very big congratulations to him on his first ever 2wd regional championship!! Paul Penny took a great 2nd place today from 4th on the grid, great driving Paul. Martin Owen finished up 3rd on the podium from his 3rd place qualifying spot to keep it all close for a battle for 2nd place overall going into the last round at Tiverton on the 31st of July.
