Twilling did buggy double at second round of Triple Crown RC Challenge

Race report from Michael Twilling (via Facebook):

I had a great time this weekend, at the Triple Crown Points Series Race at T&T Raceway in Shreveport, LA. 

I was able to get the wins in both Mod 2wd buggy, and Mod 4wd buggy! 

My Team Associated B6D w/ laydown, was amazing all weekend on the high bite clay! The car has soo much speed, and is crazy easy to drive! The car definitely had all the traction needed, with my JConcepts Smoothies ripping the dirt as they hooked up!

I didnt make it easy on myself going into the Triple A mains, having qualified 3rd in 2wd, and 2nd in 4wd, but a couple of wins and 2nd place finishes, and amazing racing with my Team Associated/Reedy teammates Trevor Nault, and Tyler Keel, among others, I was able to pull off the W in both classes!!

Great result for my 1st race with the B6D, and great debut in the Midwest with the B6 going 1,2,3. 

It was great meeting everyone at the track, and i must say thank you to the crew at T&T for putting on a great race and all the hard work keeping the track in great shape all weekend! I'll for sure be back soon!
