Dakotah Phend was the top seed in all three classes he entered after Thursday’s seeding practice, was the fastest car on five of the six occasions he hit the track on Friday, and then cemented his position as the driver to beat at this weekend’s ROAR Electric Off-Road Nationals at the Hobbytown USA HobbyPlex in Omaha, NE after a stellar Saturday. The Team Losi Racing phenom will start from the front of the grid in 2WD, 4WD and Stadium Truck for tomorrow’s finals, while defending champ Ryan Cavalieri’s Team Associated SC5M will lead the Short Course field after setting the fastest time in all four qualifying rounds.
