WORLDS: The race is on as Volker TQ's 3rd round

It was do or die for the entire field as Xray's Bruno Coelho already has 2 TQ's and 1 more would pretty much mean he would earn the overall TQ and be in full control of the triple A-mains tomorrow. With the sun beating on the track raising temperatures to the highest we've seen since the event has started, the added heat will make it very difficult to make a full 5 minute run.

Round 3 was lead by Coelho early on, but Yokomo's Ronald Volker's car seems to love the cooler tires temps as he was able to take over the lead from Coelho within a few laps. Having the luxury to start behind Coelho, Volker was able to slowly close the gap to his Xray rival and get ahead on the clock. Knowing that he just had to keep the gap the same, Volker was able to remain consistent and finish ahead of Coelho and earn his 1st TQ of the event. Coelho would finish 2nd in the heat, but 3rd for the round as it was Tamiya's Akio Sobue finishing 2nd in the previous heat.
