The stage is set, the drivers have done everything they need to prepare themselves for A1 of the 2016 IFMAR ISTC World Championship. It's time to race and A1 was a battle for all racers, but one individual... Xray's Bruno Coelho.

All weekend long, Bruno Coelho has been on fire while everyone has been playing catch up. The hot temperature and track conditions doesn't seem to affect Xray and Coelho as they have been setting the pace all weekend long. After just one lap completed, Coelho was in total command and was never under pressure. As the fastest driver on track, Coelho was able to pull away and leave the rest to battle behind him and take the easy win.
Trying everything in the book, Yokomo's Ronald Volker did all he could to stay connected to Coelho, but was unsuccessful and was slowly getting drifting backwards into a seperate battle of his own with 3rd place car, Alexander Hagberg. Hagberg could sense that Volker's pace was slowly diminishing and was on the attack. For over half the race, Hagberg drove a clean and aggressive race, but was never able to get by Volker and would have to settle for 3rd.
