The second and last round of the German National Championship took place over the weekend and Nemo were in support with their national team.

After qualifying Burak was an amazing 2nd overall and his brother Berkan 16th, they both were directly into the semi finals. The finals were run it very hot conditions, 35 deg the order of the day... After both sides of the semi completed it was Burak that progressed easily to the main final. Berkan had been unlucky and whilst running in a transfer spot electrical problems finished his chance.

So with the main final underway it was clear it was going to be a hard fast race and Burak was in contention. He soaked up all the pressure Keller and Jorn could give him, with them battling until the last minutes. As the flag waived Burak crossed the line victorious, taking his first ever National round win.

With this result he would end the series in a magnificent 2nd overall, Vice German Champion at the age of 12!

Congratulations to all our German team, everyone is delighted with the performance and spirit shown in our first full season in Germany.
