Kyosho's Elliott Boots set the fastest time in both rounds of qualifying with his MP9 TKI4 on the first day of qualifying - and it wasn't really close. The 2012 Worlds TQ was over three seconds quicker than the rest of the field both times the cars hit the track on Tuesday, and so he carries valuable momentum into the second day knowing he already has two solid runs in the bag toward qualifying directly in the semifinal.
