Batlle won eleventh-straight Spanish 1/8-scale off-road national title [VIDEO]

Robert Batlle scored his eleventh consecutive Spanish national title in the 1/8-scale fuel off-road category after winning the rain-affected final round in Montjuic last weekend. Batlle and his brother Dani raced alongside another pair of brothers, Oscar and Bryan Baldo, early in the final before Batlle’s young teammate Juan Carlos Canas took the lead. In the end, however, Batlle was able to fight his way to the front with Canas settling for second and Joan Espasa finishing third.
