Whiting won from TQ at Texas Rumble

This past weekend, October 29th and 30th, the Rumble in the Asphalt Jungle race was held in Austin, Texas at the newest permanent on-road track in the United States, called N-Control RC Racing Circuit.

This was the track’s first big race. It was an awesome event and we all had a lot of fun. Loran Whiting was able to TQ and win 1/10 Nitro Sedan from start to finish in the 20 minute main. The Serpent Natrix 748 was very good, powered by Ielasi Tuned engines.

Foster Whiting was able to take TQ in the 1/8 Open class. Unfortunately, he ran into some issues in his main and was unable to finish. But, he was super fast with his Serpent 977 and set the track record for fastest lap at 13.2 seconds.
