USA: Griffin wins Masters of Dirt

Here is a quick write up.

Griffin and I attended the 2nd annual Master Of Dirt race held in Myrtle Beach SC at BeachRC. There was close to 250 entries!

To become The Master of Dirt, you had to do well in three classes, 2wd modified, 4wd modify and modified stadium truck.

Griffin was able to TQ all 3 claaes using the Spyder SRX4 in 4wd, the brand new Spyder SRX2 MH in 2wd and the proto Spyder Stadium truck in ST.

In the finals Griffin won stadium truck and 2wd mod with the new SRX-2 MH!!!

In 4wd he had the lead but in the 10 min main the last lap the voltage cutoff kicked in and he would not finish and would end up 3rd.

We were still happy over all of the performance of all the cars on such a high bite surface!

This was his first time with the new Spyder SRX2 MH 2wd and can’t wait to spend more time with it. Billy Easton did a great job on the design!!!
