Yokomo is very happy to announce that USA Team Driver Jake Thayer took two big wins this past weekend at the 2018 Desert Classic hosted by Hobby Action Raceway in Chandler, Arizona.

Jake would compete in the highly contested 13.5 4wd buggy class with his YZ-4 SF and 17.5 2wd buggy class with his YZ-2 DTM WC. After all four rounds of qualifying were complete, Jake would tie for the overall TQ in 13.5 4wd buggy and secure the overall TQ in 17.5 2wd buggy!

After the dust had settled from both 7-minute single A-Mains, it was Yokomo's Jake Thayer coming out on top to take home both championships for the weekend!
