This past weekend saw the first round of the East Mids Regional Series in the UK with the opening round being held at the newly renovated Bingham Model Raceway In Nottinghamshire. Always a super competitive championship with some of the UK's best drivers attending. With over 70 entries in 4wd Mod it was Tekno and RPRC driver Iain Mellish who would go on to dominate the event taking overall TQ by winning 3 of the 4 qualifying rounds. The A Main went the same way with Iain leading from start to finish, cruising to victory with his Tekno EB410 ahead of Jack Neal and Ben Smith in 2nd and 3rd both driving the new Schumacher L1.

2nd - Jack Neal - Schumacher L1
3rd - Ben Smith - Schumacher L1
