Sianez takes 3 at the Firecracker 500

The 5th annual Firecracker 500 is Radio Controlled Hobbies and Raceway's (RCHR) largest race of the summer. The temperatures were hot and so was the racing. Attendance was strong with ~100 entries, which included some of the fastest drivers from RC Madness, another local track. My Motiv powered XRAY buggies were great all day and I was able to secure TQ honors and wins in Modified 2wd buggy, Modified 4wd buggy, and 13.5 4wd buggy. However, the best part of my day was helping a local racer with setup on his XB2 - who managed to TQ and win the very competitive 17.5 2wd buggy class. All in all, RCHR put on a great event and XRAY was represented well.
